We try to keep our costs low and offer the best value to our lovely customers, while still delivering high quality skincare.

However, we use all organic oils and highly potent extracts that come as a premium. 

We recommend subscribing to our Facebook and Instagram pages to find out when we have our next sale!

Products

All
except face cream, body balm and body butter. They contain certified organic beeswax.
The organic standard prohibits Wing clipping of the queen as a method of preventing swarming.  Hygiene and hive management is also of critical importance to prevent disease and pests and Beeswax shall only be obtained from cappings removed from organic honey comb rather than from the recycling of frames.  

We use as many organic ingredients as possible. All of our plant oils and butters are certified organic. Please refer to our product pages for more information. 

Yes all of our skincare is lovingly made in Sydney Australia 

No palm oil or palm oil derivatives are used in our products 

Yes, our products are pregnancy friendly. Our essential oil selections are ok to use for those who are expecting. We also use a lower input amount as we know that strong scents can be too overwhelming!

We have checked with our suppliers that every ingredient is pregnancy friendly. 

All of your products have a low fragrance or fragrance free option. We only use pure, natural essential oils in lower inputs. Please make sure you select the fragrance free option if you're after fragrance free. 

Returns

If you're not happy, we're not happy. 

We know that trying new skincare sometimes can be hard because you don’t know how your skin will react. But did you know that it can take approx. 4-6 weeks to get used to a new skincare regime.

If you are still not happy with Luxeluna Face and Body, we will offer a 45 day complete satisfaction guarantee from the date of your order.

Please email us at info@luxelunafacebody.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can help resolve any problems.

We offer free returns on full sized products (not sample sized products). We will cover the cost of return postage for the first return in your order. Once we've received the products we'll either send you a replacement or refund you (including postage cost).

Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE when you spend over $45! Under $45 will incur a small postage fee of $5.

Processing times

 Please allow 1-3 days for the creation of our products. We use only the freshest, natural ingredients and we lovingly create each product especially for you.
