Luxeluna Face and Body is based in Sydney, Australia and we ship worldwide (note we are unable to ship to India, Spain, Lithuania, Indonesia, Brazil or Florida, USA).
We will fulfil your order within 3 days.
A tracking number will be issued once your order has been processed.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $45.
Orders below $45 will incur a small shipping fee of $5
If you require your products expressed posted, please let us know in the comment box at check out.
Note we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels once Australia post has confirmed delivery. Please advise if signature on delivery is required in the check out box.
Please allow 1-3 days for the creation of our products. We use only the freshest, natural ingredients and we lovingly create each product especially for you.

Eco-Conscious container return scheme
We use biodegradable packing material, tape and recyclable shipping boxes.
Please ensure bottles and jars are recycled. Jars can also be returned to us for reuse as they can be thoroughly cleaned, santised and sterilised.
Tops, droppers, lids and pumps can be returned to us to be TERRACYCLED. We recommend sending when you have at least 10. Please let us know when you've sent them so we can issue you with a store credit.

We know that trying new skincare sometimes can be hard because you don’t know how your skin will react. But did you know that it can take approx. 4-6 weeks to get used to a new skincare regime. However we cannot refund for change of mind once item has been posted.
If you are still not happy with Luxeluna Face and Body, we will offer a 45 day complete satisfaction guarantee from the date of your order. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can help resolve any problems.

We offer free returns on full sized products (not sample sized products). We will cover the cost of return postage for the first return in your order. Once we've received the products we'll either send you a replacement or refund you (including postage cost).
For subsequent returns the postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. For subsequent returns we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Luxeluna Face and Body will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.
From time to time we offer promotional gifts. When returning items from an order purchased during a promotion, you will be asked to return this item with the others as your order may no longer qualify for your gift. If you’d prefer to keep your gift, please just let us know and we'll work something out.
Finally, this policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Luxeluna Face and Body. If you bought your products from one of our stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return. If you have any problems returning your product to them and still have your proof of purchase, just let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned with their packaging in original condition.
